Overview:
We are seeking versatile and detail oriented 3D Generalists to join our creative team. In this role, you will contribute across multiple stages of the 3D pipeline, including modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, to produce high quality visual content for advertising, gaming, and interactive experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and refine 3D assets including models, materials, and textures across a variety of styles and projects.
- Set up lighting, shading, and rendering to achieve high quality, production ready visuals.
- Support animation, simulation, and scene setup as needed.
- Collaborate with animators, designers, and developers to deliver cohesive and visually engaging outputs.
- Optimize assets and scenes for performance across platforms.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all outputs, aligned with creative direction and brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with 3D tools, workflows, and industry trends, applying them to improve quality and efficiency.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

- Proven experience as a 3D Generalist with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of skills.
- Proficiency in industry standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or similar)
- Strong understanding of modeling, texturing, animation, lighting, and rendering principles.
- Good eye for composition, color, and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus):
- Experience in product visualization, advertising, gaming, or architectural visualization.
- Basic knowledge of real-time engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Understanding of video editing and post-production workflows.
