We are seeking a Lab Support Member to manage and support day-to-day laboratory operations and ensure smooth functioning of lab environments used for development, testing, and validation activities. This role requires close coordination with engineering, testing, and operations teams to maintain lab readiness, reliability, and compliance with defined standards.
Responsibilities- Set up, maintain, and organize lab infrastructure including hardware, tools, cables, and test equipment
Ensure lab systems are operational, properly configured, and available as per project requirements
Support installation, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of devices, servers, and network equipment
Monitor lab health, identify issues proactively, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution
Maintain accurate lab documentation, asset inventory, and usage records
Support test teams during execution by providing environment readiness and first-level assistance
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with lab processes and guidelines
Coordinate logistics such as equipment movement, upgrades, replacements, and vendor interactions when required
You have
- B.E / B.Tech in Electronics / CSE or an equivalent technical discipline
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in the Networking and Telecom domain
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, VLANs, and basic routing & switching concepts
- Hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and power-up of Network and Telecom equipment
- Working knowledge of operating system installation, system configuration, and security patch updates
- Experience in incident and ticket handling, with a clear understanding of SLA concepts and adherence
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Nice to have
- Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong sense of ownership
- Certifications : CCNA or equivalent networking certification is an added advantage
