The Junior WordPress Developer will assist in creating and maintaining responsive websites using WordPress and Elementor, collaborating with team members and troubleshooting issues.
As a Junior WordPress Developer, you will support the development and maintenance of visually appealing, user-friendly websites using modern front-end tools and WordPress page builders. You will work closely with designers, developers, and project managers to deliver responsive and functional websites while continuously building your technical skills.Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining responsive website layouts across devices and browsers
- Create and update web pages using Elementor or other WordPress page builders
- Implement basic animations, effects, and interactive elements
- Ensure websites are responsive and compatible across major browsers
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers to implement designs
- Support website optimization for speed, SEO, and usability
- Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues with guidance
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery
- Hands-on experience with Elementor or similar WordPress page builders
- Understanding of WordPress CMS, themes, and plugins
- Basic knowledge of PHP (preferred for minor customizations)
- Ability to convert designs from Figma to WordPress
- Understanding of responsive design principles
- Exposure to animation libraries (GSAP, Lottie, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and website performance optimization
- Familiarity with WooCommerce or custom post types
