Job Summary:
As a Junior Account Executive for our Inside Sales team, you will play a crucial role in converting inbound leads into qualified sales opportunities. You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to respond to leads, nurture relationships, and close deals while delivering a seamless and consultative experience to prospective customers. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, highly motivated, and passionate about the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Manage inbound leads from various channels (website inquiries, demos, marketing campaigns, etc.), qualify them through discovery calls/Demos, and determine their potential as sales opportunities.
- Product Demos: Conduct product demos to showcase the value of the SaaS platform, answer client questions, and align the solution to their business needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and update sales activities in CRM (HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting of pipeline progress.
- Consultative Selling: Understand customer pain points and challenges, providing tailored solutions and offering strategic guidance to drive product adoption and sales.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executives and Customer Success teams to transition qualified leads and ensure a smooth handoff.
- Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with inbound leads who may need additional nurturing before making a purchasing decision.
- Customer Education: Educate prospects about the product's features, benefits, and pricing to help them make informed decisions.
- Sales Process Adherence: Maintain a strong understanding of our sales process and product offerings to ensure the most effective sales strategy is employed.
- Feedback Loop: Provide insights to the marketing team regarding lead quality and help refine messaging and campaigns for better lead conversion.
- Experience: 2-4 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology sales. Experience in inside sales or working with inbound leads is a plus.
