Serve as an IVR functional consultant: create functional requirements and Visio call flows, perform automation testing (Cyara or similar), and execute smoke, integration, and regression testing for complex IVR/ACD systems (speech and DTMF). Communicate requirements to engineers and work on large projects involving contact-center voice components and self-service automation.
