- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and enterprise applications across onsite and remote environments.
- Manage device lifecycle activities, including provisioning, imaging, deployment, upgrades, refreshes, and asset recovery.
- Support conference room and collaboration technologies, including audio/video systems, meeting room solutions, and workplace technology platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, network connectivity, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve incidents, perform repairs, and maintain technology standards.
- Support onboarding, office moves, technology rollouts, and other end-user technology initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of technical procedures, assets, incidents, and service requests using IT service management tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and the overall end-user experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7-8 years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments, workplace technologies, or IT operations.
Technical Skills
- Experience supporting Windows 11 in an enterprise environment.
- Hands-on experience with device deployment, imaging, lifecycle management, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Active Directory.
- Experience supporting conference room and collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms,
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, server infrastructure, endpoint security, and enterprise IT systems.
- Experience with asset management, vendor coordination, and technology refresh or deployment programs.
