About the Role

At Frazier & Deeter, you will join a team of IT professionals committed to supporting the firm’s technology environment. As part of a globally distributed IT team across the US, UK, and India, you will represent the IT function in our Hyderabad office.
The IT Support Specialist is responsible for the ongoing upkeep and maintenance of industry-specific systems and IT equipment, while acting as the primary point of contact for desktop support and help desk services. This position works closely with the IT Support Manager and plays a key role in ensuring reliable and efficient IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage help desk tickets, maintaining strong communication within the IT team
- Configure, deploy, and provide ongoing support for IT equipment, applications, and systems
- Deliver technical support through effective troubleshooting and timely issue resolution
- Manage user accounts, including provisioning and deprovisioning access
- Partner with the team to enhance IT workflows and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation
- Provide hands-on, in-person IT support, including equipment setup and takedown
- Support local office needs such as site moves, new hire onboarding, and workstation setup
- Design and implement automation scripts to improve IT processes and efficiency
- Use Microsoft Intune to manage devices and maintain security standards
- Automate user provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for system configuration and troubleshooting
- Proactively identify automation opportunities to streamline IT operations
- Provide remote support through Intune, including policy enforcement and issue troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Experience using automation tools, particularly PowerShell
- Practical, hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for managing devices and applications
- Understanding of endpoint security policies and compliance enforcement through Intune
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and improve automation scripts for IT support functions
- Familiarity with cloud-based IT management platforms such as Azure AD and Intune
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities, especially within automated workflows and integrated systems
