We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our Co-Managed IT Support team in Gurugram, India. The individual will be responsible for excellent client service while handling global IT support requests from end users including Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as first line of support for incoming IT tickets from global users
- Provide support for user account management and password resets
- Support Microsoft 365 environments and cloud services
- Escalate complex incidents to Tier 2/3 support teams while maintaining ownership of the tickets
- Collaborate with global IT team to maintain 24/7 operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with end users
- Assist with documentation and creating Knowledge Base Articles
Qualifications
- 3 - 5 years of experience in IT helpdesk roles
- Relevant Microsoft Certifications for Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, or Security
- Linux skills desirable
- Strong foundation in Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
- Good understanding of Windows OS, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem solving and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
