Protera is seeking an enthusiastic IT Recruiter and HR Operations professional to join our dynamic People Operations team. In this dual-role, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting IT talent while supporting key HR operational functions that foster a positive workplace culture. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and be instrumental in enhancing both the candidate and employee experience. This position plays a crucial role in shaping the recruitment process and HR initiatives aligned with Protera's growth and vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies for IT roles.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview Process Management: Coordinate and facilitate interviews, providing feedback and support to candidates and hiring teams.
- Onboarding: Manage onboarding processes for new hires and ensure smooth transitions into the organization.
- HR Policy Development: Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports to measure the effectiveness of the hiring process.
- Employee Engagement: Contribute to employee engagement initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Industry Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and HR operations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skill sets.
- Systems Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS).
- Sourcing Platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Monster for sourcing candidates.
- HR Knowledge: Knowledge of HR policies, employee benefits, and compliance requirements.
