Senior Engineer - IT Quality & Assurance Testing

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team and ensure the delivery of high-quality enterprise applications. You will design and execute comprehensive test strategies, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement in our quality assurance processes. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality while working on complex, mission-critical enterprise systems.

We will count on you to:

Test Strategy & Execution

• Understand business requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases
• Design and execute both automated and manual testing strategies across enterprise applications
• Document test plans, test cases, and test results with accuracy and clarity
• Ensure test documentation is maintained, accessible, and current for all stakeholders

Defect Management & Quality Assurance

• Identify, document, and track defects in software applications with precise detail
• Ensure test results are accurate and reliable; validate findings before escalation
• Create and maintain realistic test data that reflects real-world scenarios and application use cases
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met

Collaboration & Communication

• Work autonomously and collaboratively within the team to drive project success
• Communicate effectively with developers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Prioritize and manage multiple testing tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Respond quickly to changing business requirements and evolving priorities

What you need to have:

· 5+ years of QA testing experience on enterprise applications

· Demonstrated expertise in both automated and manual testing methodologies

· Proven ability to manage multiple testing initiatives in a fast-paced environment

· Experience collaborating effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders

· Test Automation:Proficiency with Playwright for web application testing

· Programming Languages:Working knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript for test automation

· Testing Processes:Strong understanding of SDLC and QA best practices

· Test Management Tools:Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar SDLC management platforms

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, innovative approach

· Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously

· Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and defect reporting

· Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing business environment
