What You Will Do
- Support and maintain IT systems under third-party supervision.
- Execute daily operational tasks, including system health checks and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance, respond to alerts raised by monitoring teams, and take the necessary remedial actions.
- Resolve customer trouble tickets and address complaints received via email.
- Handle and fulfill service requests submitted by end users.
- Manage dimensioning and capacity planning, and contribute to product selection processes.
- Assess system impacts and produce clear, accurate technical documentation.
- Oversee the preparation and verification of test results, including the development of test simulators and automation tools.
- Execute IT system tests and define appropriate test strategies.
- Analyze test results, align findings with the client, and communicate critical metrics to relevant stakeholders.
You Will Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, with a focus on IT or Telecommunications.
- 0-2 years of experience.
- Strong presentation, communication, and administrative skills.
- Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, critical thinking, and knowledge sharing.
- Awareness of the Ericsson product and solutions portfolio.
- The ability to apply technical expertise and leverage emerging technologies effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a strong focus on meeting customer expectations.
- Solid planning, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
- A disciplined approach to following established processes and procedures.
- An analytical and task-oriented working style.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Flexibility to attend daily from the office located in the Academic City in Dubai.
