Experience Basic Knowledge of ITIL (Incident management) and troubleshooting skills in System/Networking Production Environment and should have 1-2 years of working experience in NOC supporting Production Environment
Qualification The jobholder will be a university graduate in engineering/telecom with a good academic record.
Following certifications are desirable:
• Service management : ITIL V3
