Your Responsibilities will include:
- Participate in IT projects under the guidance of senior staff
- Support the implementation of security protocols and procedures
- Keep up-to-date with advancements in IT administration
- Provide first-level IT support to employees
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
- Contribute to documentation of IT processes and data backup procedures
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Security-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in IT support or IT Administration
- Familiarity with Active Directory & MS365 Administration
- Experience with Virtualization solutions
- Knowledge of network administration will be considered a plus
- Familiarity with MSSQL Server Administration will be considered a plus
