ChangeInkk is a non-profit organization on a mission to unlock the potential of 200 million Indians with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD) to accelerate growth and innovation. Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including individuals, parents, educators, employers, policymakers, and industry leaders, our interventions include:

- Implementing catalytic lighthouse programmes to plug gaps, and showcase successful implementation models.

Our work now spans 6 states and 5 government ministries in India, and we have had the distinct honor of presenting our vision to the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India. In less than four years, we are driving change at a scale no donor or policymaker should overlook:
- 50+ critical policies passed, unlocking ₹490 Cr+ for inclusive education for SLDs
- A national capacity-building program for higher education institutions with the Ministry of Education, strengthening over 130 centrally funded HEIs
- An 87% reduction in diagnosis time, 60% increase in teacher training for CWSN and over 1600 employers engaged in capacity building and adopting SLD inclusive policies.
- SLD inclusion embedded in national tech and AI missions, aligning education with workforce readiness
- Our #Speak4Dyslexia & #Act4Dyslexia campaign has been widely adopted by government and industry, with an organic reach exceeding a billion.
Role Overview:
Support ongoing projects by researching and gathering intelligence across thematic problem statements related to learning disabilities, inclusion, and education systems in India. The role reports directly to the Principal Lead and can be undertaken in-person or remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Research & Landscape Analysis: Conduct research on national and global policies affecting learning disabilities, identifying gaps, challenges, and opportunities across different thematic interventions that impact them.
- Thematic Intelligence Gathering: Compile insights across thematic areas such as identification, interventions, assessments, and transition pathways, benchmarking against global practices.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze available datasets, studies, and reports to generate findings that inform strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge Products & Documentation: Prepare policy briefs, reports, and presentations summarizing research findings. Capture learnings and key takeaways relevant to scaling strategies.
- Tech & Innovation Scan: Identify and summarize relevant tech-led innovations or platforms supporting inclusive education and systemic transformation.
Eligibility:
Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Development Studies, Economics, Law, Liberal Arts, Business, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical, research, and writing skills. Comfortable using technology and emerging AI tools.
