What you will do:
- Support daily operations of Field Engineer tools and platforms used for site O&M activities.
- Assist in site access management applications, including request validation, daily tracking, and coordination with site owners, safety desks, and operations teams.
- Administer Apparatus Assignment Certification (AAC) records, including sorting, verification, tracking, and controlled distribution.
- Maintain accurate records for site access approvals, certifications, and compliance documentation in line with Ericsson and DNB governance.
- Support operational reporting for site access usage, AAC status, and pending compliance items.
- Assist in document control and audit readiness for HSSE, site access, and field operation processes.
- Provide general operational support to the Field Operation Support team as part of Managed Services delivery.
The skills you bring:
- Strong interest in telecom field operations, site management, or managed services.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); exposure to SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, or Power Platform is an advantage.
- Good coordination and communication skills to engage with field engineers and internal stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, especially in documentation and compliance-related tasks.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service governance requirements.
- Willingness to learn Ericsson tools, managed services processes, and DNB operational standards.
Educational Background (Preferred)
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
