Job Description
What You Will Do
- Work within the India infrastructure team alongside experienced professionals and assist them in various day-to-day tasks
- Participate in complex financial modeling and highlight key issues for various potential investment opportunities that may be suitable for consideration by La Caisse.
- Collaborate in assessing the valuation of potential investments aligned with La Caisse's investment strategy, using various methodologies as required (DDM, multiple, etc.)
- Participate in the drafting of papers and supporting documents that will be presented to La Caisse's investment committee
- Participate in the coordination of due diligence workstreams
- Prepare internal and external reports (transaction tracking, market highlights, ad hoc presentations) in a timely manner
- Proactively monitor news and gather information from key sources
- Produce targeted sectoral studies (portfolio companies or potential markets)
- Assist in the management of portfolio companies
What You Bring
- Prior experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity or consulting
- Dynamic, curious, rigorous with strong analytical abilities and good interpersonal skills
- Financially numerate with good Microsoft Office skills as well as Bloomberg and Capital IQ
- Writing and verbal fluency in English;
- Candidates with the right to work in India would be considered

- Duration: minimum 5-6 months, long-term internships preferred
- Full-time internship
