Intern – Planning

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support coordination with Front-end, Manufacturing, and Subcontractor teams to gather specifications and assist in capacity and loading plan preparation.
- Assist in scheduling and attending merchandising and production meetings and help track action points and updates.
- Support monitoring of production progress and help highlight variances such as delays, advances, or raw material flow issues.
- Assist in updating and maintaining accurate planning data in systems such as SAP and Planning Tools.
- Help prepare and update basic planning and production reports (loading plans, schedules, and status reports).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate degree in Physical Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
