Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate MOS information regarding lean implementation status through Reports, Graphs, and Visual Display to deliver, improvements in production floor and facilitate management decisions.
Prepare Visual Displays for factory information after agreement on requirements with relevant management. Carry out data collection and analysis to help resolve problems systematically identified by management.
Facilitate & capture learnings from consultant visits & internal resource persons and ensure they are retained for continuous business improvement.
Implement new MOS practices & processes to the production/support floor(s) and carry out special MOS projects through continuous improvements to facilitate the smooth functioning of the process.
Knowledge and Skills:
Undergraduate in lean manufacturing, textile technology, physical science, applied mathematics, textile/mechanical/electronics/chemical/production/industrial engineering, business administrations, statistics, fashion design and product development Engineering or other relevant field/equivalent professional qualification.
