KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the team in improving production flow to help ensure smooth and uninterrupted processes and assist in identifying quality or process-related issues and participate in team discussions to support problem solving.
- Help in implementing new technologies and process improvements introduced within the production environment.
- Collaborate with Team Leaders and Group Leaders to learn and support daily operational tasks.
- Assist in monitoring production performance and help identify opportunities to improve First Time Through (FTT).
- Work with Value Stream, Industrial Engineering and Autonomation teams to gain exposure to digitization and automation initiatives.
- Support in ensuring products meet quality standards related to fit, construction, performance, durability and raw materials.
- Assist in ensuring adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and STWs (Standardized Work).
- Learn to understand customer requirements and support the team in maintaining quality standards aligned with end - consumer expectations.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Physical Science, Operations Management, Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing, to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing positively to shared goals and supporting overall team success.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents, data, and presentations.
