JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESWhat You Will Do:Content Creation & Support:
- Assist in creating content for affiliate campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, web).
- Support development of content angles, hooks, and formats.
- Help with basic visuals, thumbnails, and simple content edits.
- Work with the team to translate products and campaigns into engaging content.
Affiliate Catalog & Guidelines:
- Assist in curating and updating affiliate product catalogs and visual references.
- Support maintaining internal guidelines and references.
Product Tagging & Content Ops:
- Support product tagging across platforms (YouTube, social media, websites) to ensure accurate affiliate tracking.
Operations Support:
- Assist with day-to-day tasks including link management, updating tracking sheets, and coordinating with internal teams.
Performance Reporting:
- Support compiling basic metrics (CTR, conversions, revenue) into simple reports or dashboards.
Proposal & Creative Support:
- Assist in building decks (PowerPoint/Canva) for internal and client presentations.
- Create simple visuals or mockups for internal use.
Research & Insights:
- Support research on affiliate trends, competitor activities, and content ideas.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Business, or related fields.
- Interested in content creation and familiar with social media trends (TikTok, IG, YouTube).
- Basic skills in Canva or similar tools.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn.
- Able to work independently with guidance and in a team.
- Basic knowledge of affiliate marketing or e-commerce is a plus (but not mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and content operations.
- Exposure to how campaigns are executed across Astro platforms.
- Opportunity to contribute to live campaigns and content initiatives.
- Development of both creative and analytical skills.
