Key Responsibilities
- Support on coordinate daily general administrative tasks
- Assisting on update the daily site visitor Management.
- Coordinate with the relevant teams regarding the completion of administrative tasks related to the Employee Representative body and Employee Health & Safety teams.
- Assist on Transport executive to manage Transport.
Knowledge and skills
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft tools.
