The Integration Consultant will develop integrations between Workforce Optimizer and third-party systems, build data mappings, customize existing integrations, and troubleshoot issues.
We are looking for an Integration Consultant to join our technical team. This role will focus on developing integrations that integrate Workforce Optimizer platform with Third Party software systems like SAP, Oracle and SAP SuccessFactors
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build data mappings and integrations using integration tools, Workforce Optimizer, and a variety of third party APIs
- Support customizations and configurations for existing integrations
- Work closely with business analysts, sales, software developers and system architects to understand requirements, workflows and validations to deliver solutions to business needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise
- Learn and implement new integration processes and methodologies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering, providing a solid foundation for technical understanding and problem-solving.
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in integration technologies, demonstrating a track record of successfully implementing solutions.
- Proficiency in utilizing APIs, Web Services, ETL, and other tools for processing various data formats, including CSV files, flat files, JSON, XML, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of relational databases, with the ability to write complex SQL queries and navigate SaaS architecture effectively.
- Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, LUA, C, C++, Python, Scala, or PHP.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team, fostering an environment of shared success.
- Capacity to multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while supporting multiple clients concurrently.
- Experience in any iPaaS tool - BOOMI, MuleSoft, Iguana, TIBCO is a plus
