IMS Support Specialist

What you’ll achieve

The IMS support specialist will support the implementation and maintenance of certain quality system procedures as member of the IMS Team. In doing so, he/she will support, drive and monitor the relevant business processes, internal audit process and quality management review process.

You will:

  • Responsibility for monitoring and controlling activities in the context of NCs, CAPAs and internal audits and providing status reports

  • Control and monitor internal audits taking place within the site or business, communicate the findings and review correction plans to ensure that all necessary actions (NC/CAPA) are taken.

Essential Requirements

  • Maintaining statistics/databases for the IMS framework processes and support in recurring statistical evaluations and presentations for IMS.

  • Support in the coordination and data collection for recurring KPI reporting and Quality Management Review

  • Support in the organization, performance, and evaluation of internal and external audits as part of the integrated management system.

  • Support the development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of a system for process measurement and monitoring to control quality and identify areas for improvement.

  • Supports the document and records management and control process to maintain and improve compliance.
