About The Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to focus on engaging our inbound leads and supporting businesses in their journey to adopting Mixpanel as their go-to product analytics solution. This role is perfect for someone eager to build a strong career in software sales, working with some of the fastest-growing startups across the APAC region.

As part of this role, you’ll:

  • Manage short sales cycles, helping businesses quickly understand the value of Mixpanel.
  • Educate and consult with startups and digital-native companies on the power of product analytics.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

This role is based in Bengaluru, where you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our regional team.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle for inbound leads, guiding potential customers through their decision-making process for adopting Mixpanel as their product analytics solution.

Conduct impactful product demonstrations for C-level executives, champions, and technical stakeholders to showcase Mixpanel’s value.

Drive brand awareness by engaging with inbound prospects and actively sharing insights and thought leadership within your network.

Adopt a consultative sales approach, building strong relationships with multiple key stakeholders to identify business needs and highlight Mixpanel’s value proposition.

Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Sales Engineering, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Legal to drive successful outcomes.

Develop deep market expertise, understanding Mixpanel’s competitive landscape and technology partnerships to effectively position our solution in the broader analytics ecosystem.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field 
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or tech sales 
  • A strong understanding of consultative sales, including the importance of face-to-face selling, attending industry events, and engaging with local product, marketing, and analytics communities 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and work effectively in a team.
  • Adaptability & resilience - you thrive in fast-paced environments and embrace change.
  • A strong work ethic, curiosity, and a drive to excel in tech sales.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles 
  • A background in selling to Fintech, Consumer Apps, Entertainment, or Gaming companies 
  • Experience working with high growth tech companies.
  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or other analytics tools.
  • Fluency in other Asian languages (a plus for working across APAC markets)
