Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Associate will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by generating new business leads, managing customer relationships, and driving sales efforts through proactive outreach. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be results-driven, and have a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate new leads through online platforms, inbound inquiries, and market research.

  • Sales Support: Assist in converting leads to sales by qualifying potential customers and providing them with detailed product information.

  • Customer Engagement: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest in solar energy technology, product offerings, and market trends to effectively communicate with customers.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales progress in the company's CRM system.

  • Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to generate new business, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.

  • Support Sales Team: Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to closing sales.

  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years in inside sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in the renewable energy, solar, or technology sector is a plus.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate the value of solar solutions.

  • Sales-Oriented: Strong sales acumen, with a goal-oriented mindset and a passion for driving results.

  • CRM Proficiency: Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads, interactions, and sales pipeline.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools and platforms to support sales activities.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
