We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ivanti UWM suite Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on supporting multiple Ivanti applications within the UWM suite. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Administrator in Ivanti suite of products with excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach. The Engineer will stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose and develop solutions that support and grow our business.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for Ivanti UWM solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user workspace management, including profile management, application control, and policy enforcement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure and efficient UWM solutions
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of Ivanti UWM software and related components
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve support processes
- Provide training and guidance to end-users and internal teams on UWM functionalities and best practices
- Participate in On-Call support rotations to ensure 24/7 availability for critical issues
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles, preferably with Ivanti UWM or similar user workspace management solutions
- Experience with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and security protocols
- Solid knowledge of Ivanti UWM products and user workspace management technologies
