Responsibilities:
- Embark on an exciting journey of recruitment, from posting job openings to screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Showcase your people skills with initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Dive into the world of technology with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, guiding them through paperwork and orientation.
- Get involved in various HR initiatives and projects, making your mark on our dynamic team.
- Bring your ideas to the table and actively participate in team meetings, contributing to discussions and shaping the future of Astreda.
Requirements:
- Are you a recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field? We want to hear from you!

Kindly Note: This internship is remote and spans up to 3 months. Successful candidates may be considered for a contract position as an HR Associate for a minimum of 6 months.
