As a HSE Specialist you will be based at our Pilsen manufacturing site in Czech republic. The focus of the role is to coordinate activities in the field of health and safety (HSE) and fire protection (FP) in accordance with the requirements of legal regulations and other requirements.
Some of your responsibilities are listed below, more details will be shared at interview:
- Managing waste management
- Planing and maintenance of air pollution sources
- Monitoring energy consumption, looks for opportunities to reduce consumption
- Ensures activities related to the handling of chemical substances and mixtures
- Workplace, inspections, overseeing compliance with legal and internal requirements.
- Investigating and analyzing of incidents resulting from non-compliance with legal and other requirements.
- Creates and regularly updates company regulations in accordance with legal and other requirements.
- Employees and external suppliers training.
- Management system improvements
- Collaborating in investment management (design and implementation of investment projects to improve health and safety, occupational health and safety).
- Reporting (internal, reports on production of waste, packaging, emissions, statistical reports).
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
- Experience with management systems according to ISO standards
- English and Czech at a communicative level
- University education in a technical field and min. 2 years of experience in the field
- Ambition and hunger for new knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively
