Interloop is looking for an HRIS / HRMS Implementation Consultant to join our HR Technology practice. If you've worked on Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or any HRMS platform — and you want to do client-facing work with founders and CXOs — read on.

About Interloop

We're a People, Process, and Technology consulting firm and a leading Zoho Partner with offices in India and the UAE. Six years of unbroken growth, now scaling into a product-led organisation. We work with startups, SMBs, and mid-market enterprises across HR, sales, and operations.

The role You'll implement Zoho People (HRIS) for clients across India and abroad — translating how an HR team actually works into a system that runs it. The work sits at the intersection of HR process, technology, and client conversation. You'll be in front of HR heads and founders from week one.

This is a client-facing HR Tech consulting role, not a support role. You'll own configurations end to end on smaller engagements and co-own larger ones with senior consultants.

What you'll do:

1) Run HR discovery conversations and gather requirements.
2) Map client HR processes — leave, attendance, onboarding, performance, payroll.
3) Configure Zoho People modules (Core HR, Leave, Attendance, Shift, Performance, Files, Cases, Workflows).
4) Lead data migration from Excel and legacy HRMS platforms.
5) Conduct user training and produce client-ready SOPs.
6) Manage go-live, troubleshooting, and post-implementation stabilisation.
7) Document requirements, configurations, and change requests.

What we're looking for:

Experience: 1–3 years in HRMS / HRIS implementation, HR operations with system exposure, or HR tech support. Hands-on with at least one HRMS — Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, or similar.

HR knowledge: You understand how leave, attendance, onboarding, performance, and payroll actually work — from configuring or running them, not just from a textbook.

Tech comfort: You learn new tools by clicking through them. You've worked with workflows, conditional logic, role-based access, and basic integrations.

Process thinking: You reach for a flowchart when something gets complicated. You can tell the difference between what a client asks for and what they actually need.

Client handling: You can hold a conversation with a CHRO. You write clean emails. When pushed back, you ask better questions instead of going quiet.

Pace: You learn fast and are expected to. New module, new client, new edge case — the ramp is short.

Why this role: You'll work directly with founders and CXOs. You'll see how 20+ organisations actually run their HR — a faster education than any single HR job. You'll join Interloop at the inflection point as we evolve from services to product. The work is real, the clients are real, and the learning curve is steep on purpose.
