Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Screening: Dive into the talent pool to find and screen candidates for various positions within our dynamic organization.
2. Job Advertisements: Craft and post compelling job ads, review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and schedule interviews.
3. Interview Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers to schedule interviews and ensure everything is set for a seamless interview process.
4. Candidate Requirement: Aim to source at least 15-20 candidates to complete your internship and earn certification.
