What will you do?
- Manage day-to-day administration of HR processes to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
- Manage frontline communication with employees, respond to questions around HR policies, processes and practices. Handle day to day employee issues. Identify any issues which need to be brought to the notice of the HR manager or Business Leads.
- Provide specialized administrative support to employees and Team Managers.
- Respond to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise. Administer and execute certain HR programs.
- Collect and analyze data to support HR activities. Should have a sound knowledge of payroll activity and statutory compliances.
- Process complex data requests.
- Handle new employee onboarding, ensure employee personnel files are real time updated
- Coordinates with employees for exit formalities
- Manage the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department.
What we look for?
- Masters in Human Resources with around 4+ years of experience in HR Data Analytics with HR operations or any other data analytics team.
- Experience of working in a Shared Service Center / BPO organization is a must.
- US MNC exposure is a must.
- Flexibility to working in shifts is required.
- Should have good command over Bulk data processing and has good hands-on skill on using statistical methods for analytics.
- Should have worked with HR Data Analytics and have high proficiency in MS Excel, Power Point etc.
- Exposure of handling Workday HRIS tool is preferred.
- Comfortable with building relationships at all levels of the organization and management
- Ability to effectively prioritize and a sense of urgency to drive for results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Being a positive role model for employees and the ability to communicate and influence JCI values & behaviors across the business.
