Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations to manage HR processes, ensure compliance, and support recruitment initiatives. This role requires a strong foundation in HR operations along with experience in talent acquisition to enhance workforce efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events.
- Maintain HR records, employee databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Handle HR analytics, reporting, and documentation.
- Manage HRIS and support automation of HR processes.
- Coordinate recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR operations with exposure to talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, including sourcing and candidate management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
