Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Intern to support the HR Operations team with day-to-day activities, employee data management, and compliance documentation. This role offers hands-on exposure to core HR processes and statutory documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR Operations activities, employee records management, and exit documentation
- Maintain and update employee data in HRMS/Excel ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist in HR compliance documentation related to audits, policies, and statutory requirements
- Organize, verify, and maintain employee files (digital and physical)
- Support preparation of HR reports, trackers, and MIS
- Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, SOPs, and process documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and documentation requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- Basic understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes
- Knowledge of HR documentation and data compliance practices
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic data handling
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
- Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to HRMS or payroll systems
- Understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws – basic level)
- Prior internship or academic project in HR Operations
