As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a post-graduate candidate (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in human resource management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about HR.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.

  • Post job openings on job portals, company website, and social media.

  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.

2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement
  • Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.

  • Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.

3. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Support HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.

  • Assist in tracking leave and attendance management.

  • Help ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.

4. Learning & Development
  • Assist in planning and executing training sessions.

  • Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements for training programs.

5. HR Automation & Process Improvement
  • Research and suggest ways to improve HR processes using automation.

  • Work with HR software to streamline operations.

Requirements

Post-Graduate Degree (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent – Required)
✅ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✅ Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRMS software
✅ Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
✅ Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn
