As an HR Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions and ensuring smooth talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a post-graduate candidate (MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent) who is eager to gain hands-on experience in human resource management. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about HR.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionAssist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
Post job openings on job portals, company website, and social media.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Organize employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Support HR documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and policy updates.
Assist in tracking leave and attendance management.
Help ensure compliance with company HR policies and labor laws.
Assist in planning and executing training sessions.
Gather employee feedback and suggest improvements for training programs.
Research and suggest ways to improve HR processes using automation.
Work with HR software to streamline operations.
