Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Bangalore office. This role offers hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, providing exposure to core HR processes in a fast-paced, global environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for interview logistics.
- HR Operations Support
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in onboarding activities and documentation.
- Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Projects & Initiatives
- Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement, process improvement, and compliance.
Requirements
- Currently in final semester of graduation (2025 pass-out) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Interest in building a career in HR.
