What's the role?
The Global Business HR team provides HR business partnering and consultation to Business Units and Functional leaders while delivering and implementing culture, learning, and talent programs to drive the HERE People agenda. Upholding HERE's cultural values, we collaborate with other HR functions to ensure that the needs of senior leaders and their organizations are met.
The HR Business Partner role, based in León, is co-responsible for overseeing the adoption of HR processes in the region and providing HR business partnership to the Data Operations Leader at the HERE León office. Additionally, this role serves as the local HR lead for Mexico, offering site HR leadership. It requires close collaboration with the People Enablement team and other Centers of Excellence (COEs) to enhance the employee experience. This position plays a key role in implementing the people agenda by providing business partner expertise in performance management, talent management and development, employee engagement, organizational planning, restructuring and transformation, change management, talent retention, and site/business group engagement.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with the Data Operations Leader in Mexico to align people strategies with business goals and drive execution.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational, cultural, and leadership issues, fostering employee engagement and performance.
  • Provide site HR leadership in Mexico, ensuring compliance with local laws and HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement talent management, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management to enhance business performance.
  • Leverage data insights to identify workforce trends, inform decision-making, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of inclusion, diversity, and innovation to build high-performing teams.


Who are you?

  • 10-12+ years of HR business partner experience in a fast-paced, dynamic organization, covering performance management, talent management, employee relations, and engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's in HR or Organizational Development preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of local employment laws and experience handling employee relations issues.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, build relationships, and drive change management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with experience in data analytics and dashboards.
  • Ability to navigate multinational/global environments and work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to driving transformational change and business performance.
