To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a HR Assistant in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• Provides end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records management, policy administration, and employee relations, while partnering with stakeholders to drive HR initiatives, culture, and sustainability programs.

• Manage end-to-end Workday HR processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle transactions.

• Provide support for Time and Attendance (LTP) processes, including validations and issue resolution.

• 1+ Year's of experience in Human Resources or a related role. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related Software

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Candidate with very good communication Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts.

• Qualifications HR background or relevant.

• 1 years of work experience is needed with Human Resource Qualifications or relevant to it.

• Excellent Communication Skills – Read, Write & Speak

• Should have basic knowledge in MS Office – especially MS Excel. Knowledge in Macros would be an added advantage

• Should be a Team Player
