We’re looking for a Hospitality Sales & Client Experience Executive based in New Delhi to be the first face of our brand for potential wedding clients. You’ll handle inbound enquiries, qualify leads, understand the couple’s vision and budget, present destination wedding packages, and coordinate with our planning team to drive conversions—while delivering a polished, premium client experience from the very first interaction.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound leads from Instagram, website, and referrals with speed and professionalism
Connect with prospects via call/WhatsApp/email, build rapport, and represent the brand with confidence
Understand the client’s wedding vision, guest profile, preferred destinations/venues, timelines, and budget range
Qualify enquiries to identify serious prospects and ensure the right fit before scheduling meetings
Present destination wedding packages clearly—scope, inclusions, process, and next steps
Schedule and manage discovery calls/meetings; maintain strong follow-ups and momentum through the funnel
Coordinate with internal planning/design teams to align proposals, availability, and feasibility
Maintain accurate lead notes, status updates, and follow-up timelines (CRM/trackers)
Handle objections consultatively (not pushy) and guide clients toward confident decisions
Drive conversions while ensuring a high-touch, premium client experience
Sales fundamentals: lead qualification, consultative selling, follow-ups, and closing
Excellent spoken and written communication (phone, WhatsApp, email)
Strong relationship-building and client handling, especially with premium/HNI audiences
Professional grooming, presence, and confidence in client conversations
Ability to understand briefs quickly and translate them into clear package recommendations
Strong coordination and stakeholder management across internal teams
High responsiveness, ownership, and attention to detail
2–5 years of experience in luxury hotels/resorts, wedding venues, hospitality sales, or premium client servicing
Comfortable discussing budgets, value, and deliverables with high-expectation clients
Experience selling destination wedding packages, venue sales, banquets, or event-related services is a plus
Higher lead-to-meeting ratio through strong qualification and confident outreach
Higher meeting-to-conversion ratio through clear packaging, follow-ups, and consultative selling
Faster response times across all inbound channels
Consistently premium client experience—professional, warm, and well-structured from first contact to closure
Location: New Delhi, India
