Leads end-to-end insurance project delivery across life, health, and general insurance. Manages timelines, budgets, quality, KPIs, SLAs, client relationships, escalations, cross-functional teams, resources, process improvements, regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, digital transformation, automation, analytics, and new client onboarding.

Overview :
The Insurance Delivery Lead is responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of insurance projects, ensuring high-quality service, timely execution, and alignment with client and business objectives. This role involves leadership across operations, technology, and stakeholder management within the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:1. Delivery Management
- Lead the execution of insurance projects (life, health, or general insurance).
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and overall service quality.
2. Stakeholder & Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and resolve critical issues.
3. Team Leadership
- Manage cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, policy admin, IT).
- Mentor team members and drive performance improvements.
- Allocate resources effectively.
4. Process & Operations
- Improve operational efficiency in insurance processes such as:
- Claims processing
- Underwriting
- Policy servicing
- Claims processing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
5. Strategy & Transformation
- Drive digital transformation initiatives in insurance delivery.
- Implement automation, analytics, and process optimization.
- Support business growth and new client onboarding.
6. Risk & Compliance
- Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and internal policies.
