Lead and manage teams: Responsible for leading and managing teams, both onshore and offshore, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Drive innovation and technology: The role involves driving innovation and leveraging technology to enhance the Guidewire platform and services.
Customer success: Committed to customer success, ensuring that Guidewire's products and services meet the needs of its clients.
Continuous improvement: The Program Director is expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of Guidewire's processes and services.
