About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graphic Designer to play a pivotal role in our successful planning and execution of creative projects related to Ampverse India Brand and its IP. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the visual aspects of our projects, ensuring they align with our brand image and exceed expectations. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to create compelling visual content and collateral that enhances our esports assets.
Your Responsibility:
- Develop creative and compelling visual concepts, graphic designs, and brand collateral that align with Ampverse Brand & its IP’s identity and meet project objectives.
- Ensure visual content and designs adhere to Ampverse Brand & its IP’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency and quality across all materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., production houses, agencies, marketing, and influencers) to align design elements with project goals and objectives.
- Provide creative direction for visual content, ensuring it effectively communicates the intended message and appeals to the target audience.
- Coordinate and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is maintained.
- Work closely with relevant vendors for design-related tasks, providing clear instructions, feedback, and quality control.
- Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to create and edit graphic materials, demonstrating proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design software and best practices to bring innovative and creative solutions to Ampverse projects.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of esports, gaming, and the Indian gaming community, with a passion for the industry.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, experience in team management, and the ability to motivate and guide a design team.
- Detail-oriented mindset to delivering high-quality design work.
