EisnerAmper is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our internal communications team in our Mumbai office. We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment, entrepreneurial culture and providing clients with exceptional services.

Develop creative concepts for print and online marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, design for:

• Marketing and sales collateral

• Email and landing pages

• Newsletters, alerts, updates, and announcements

• Marketing-focused internal presentations

• Event-related assets, e.g. invitations, logo development, large scale pop-ups, digital elements

• Digital illustration skills (Infographics/ GIFs)

• Website and social media assets

• Creative execution for social media campaigns and custom graphics

• Video/podcasting editing

• Office design/media support

• Bachelor’s degree in digital and graphic design or equivalent

• 4 to 6 years of print/digital/video design for business to business

• Able to implement established brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency

• High-level competency in Photoshop, Adobe Premier, InDesign

• Knowledge/understanding of Adobe Audition, After Effects, Dreamweaver a plus

• Some html experience preferred

• Knowledge of creative design and layouts for social media platforms

• Video experience is mandatory

• Possesses a knowledge of email design utilizing strong call to action for the business-to-business community

• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish and maintain relationships

• Ability to multi-task with superior attention to detail and timelines

• The candidate should be organized and flexible and able to think and work beyond the creative brief

• Self-starter and strategic thinker that shows initiative, willing to trouble shoot when needed, present new ideas and execute.
