🤖 Leverage AI in design workflows – Use generative AI and animation tools to boost workflows, experiment fast, and push creative boundaries.
💥 Bring Visuals to Life – Add motion and interactivity to our visual universe—think animated explainers, kinetic decks, dynamic web assets.
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with marketing, product, and data science to shape visuals that drive real business impact.

What You Bring:
- 8+ years of hands-on design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- A portfolio that proves your superpower: storytelling through design
- Mastery of tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Lottie, etc.
- Experience with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Figma AI—yes, we want that)
- A pulse on design trends and the courage to set new ones
- Ability to simplify complexity into scroll-stopping visuals
