The Opportunity
We are looking for a Global Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Sourcing team in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a critical part in building talent pipelines and sourcing strategies to support North America hiring needs across professional services and consulting roles. This position requires flexibility to work North America-friendly hours to align with business needs and stakeholder collaboration.

What You’ll Do
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Identify and engage passive candidates through advanced search techniques, social platforms, and talent communities.
Leverage AI-driven tools and automation technologies to enhance sourcing efficiency, candidate matching, and market insights.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles in North America.
Screen candidates for qualifications and cultural fit before submission.
Track and report sourcing metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health.
Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and other sourcing platforms.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor insights.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: 4+ years in talent sourcing or recruiting, preferably in a global or professional services environment.
Skills:
Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
Familiarity with CRM processes and workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge: Understanding of professional services roles.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience sourcing for consulting or energy roles.
Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies.
Data-driven approach to sourcing and pipeline management.
