The FX Product team are also responsible for defining the long-term product strategy and vision of the business, partnering with the execution teams towards timely delivery of our strategic programs. FX Product work closely with Sales and Client Service to understand the client needs and deliver a first class, market leading product capabilities.
As a Global Securities Services Specialist in the FX Product team, you will have the opportunity to lead strategic programs from ideation to execution. You will collaborate with other product teams, functional partners, and colleagues across J.P. Morgan. Additionally, you will support our global team based in London, Japan, and Hong Kong, managing the day-to-day operations of the FX Product suite. This role provides a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and innovative team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with broader FX Product Management team and Markets to define the product strategy and deliver market leading FX solutions for clients
- Manage end to end strategic program or product initiatives to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency and enhanced controls
- Partner with Product Development colleagues to design the architecture and deliver the change the bank agenda and drive the working group meeting.
- Partner with client facing teams to deliver client change and meet the evolving needs of the Securities Services client base to create a competitive advantage
- Maintain FX documentation to ensure accurate and up to date product information is available, Lead control reviews and annual recertification's to ensure the business is compliant with its procedures and policies.
- Complete data analytics to identify performance and activity trends, and assist with the design of the FX analytics dashboard
- Develop a robust understanding of Securities Services product capabilities, market trends, client needs and support Ad-hoc research and resolution of daily issues, product queries and client asks
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree with minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Services in a Product Management, Finance, Product Development, Operations, or Technology role
- Previous experience in process re-engineering and product transformation with Strong track record in program management and delivering on change agenda
- Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and business partners, collaborating as a team to deliver results
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with ability to articulate complex ideas and analytics in a succinct way
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent time management, delivering quality work in a timely manner
- Proficient in Data analytics using tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
'Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Previous knowledge of Securities Services, FX or Markets products/business is preferred
- Ability to perform in a face paced environment working across multiple time zones and geographies
