Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes in line with defined SLAs

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth transitions

  • Trigger communication workflows and ensure proper documentation and compliance

Employee Helpdesk Management:

  • Address and resolve HR-related queries promptly and empathetically

  • Collaborate with payroll, legal, and tech teams for issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate documentation and logs for audits and process improvements

Compliance & Labor Law Adherence:

  • Stay informed on labor laws and statutory regulations in assigned countries

  • Ensure HR processes and documentation meet local compliance standards

  • Partner with legal teams to roll out policy updates when required

SLA Monitoring & Reporting:

  • Monitor SLAs for onboarding/offboarding and employee helpdesk tickets

  • Generate regular reports (weekly/monthly) on operational metrics and resolution timelines

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement strategies

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or employee lifecycle management

  • Strong understanding of HR processes and local labor laws (MEA region experience is a plus)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment

  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar) is a plus
