Required Skills and Experience • At least 7+ years of experience in the IT industry. • Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Azure Platform and .NET technologies. • At least 1+ year of hands-on experience with AI frameworks including agent framework, autogen, and semantic kernel. • 1+ years of hands-on experience enabling MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and developing AI-ready MCP components for agentic systems. • Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) architectures and their applications. • Experience with autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, and AI system design. • Skilled in implementing retrieval and model-composition patterns for prompt engineering. • Proficiency in running fine-tuning and inference workflows for AI models. • Strong experience with document chunking for effective data preprocessing. • Expertise in semantic search implementation and optimization. • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) or graph databases (e.g., Neo4j,Vector) for embedding storage and querying. • Strong knowledge of cloud-native application development, especially on Azure. • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
