The Gainsight Business Analyst will gather requirements, design processes, govern health scores, and enable team adoption of new features.
Role Goal: Bridge the gap between ATS business requirements and technical platform execution.
Core Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Conduct discovery with ATS teams to translate "customer health" concepts into technical logic.
- Process Design: Architect workflows for Playbooks, Success Plans, and QBR automation.
- Health Score Governance: Define and iterate on the weights and measures of the Technical Health Scorecard.
- Enablement & Adoption: Create "How-To" documentation and lead training sessions to ensure the ATS team utilizes new features.
Key Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in CS Ops or Business Analysis within SaaS.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to map complex customer journeys.
- Data Literacy: Proficiency in Excel/BI tools to analyze CS performance trends.
