We are looking for bright, curious, and driven graduates from the 2026 and 2027 batch to join our fast-growing Engineering teams at Stadium as Developers and QA Engineers.

As a fresher joining our Web Development or QA teams, you will work on real, globally used products, learn from experienced engineers, and grow in an environment that values ownership, clarity, and craftsmanship. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in software engineering and looking for exposure to real-world product development, modern web technologies, and high-impact projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Learning system architecture, workflows, and coding standards with guidance from senior engineers.
- Contributing to feature development across frontend, backend, or QA automation tracks.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Collaborating with Product, Design, and QA teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality features.
- Participating in stand-ups, sprint ceremonies, and technical discussions.
- Strengthening fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and core programming concepts.
- Gaining hands-on experience with Git, JIRA, code reviews, and Agile practices.
- (For QA roles) Learning manual testing, automation frameworks, and quality best practices.
- Taking feedback positively and continuously improving technical and communication skills.
- Proactively learning new tools, frameworks, and product areas.
Location: New Delhi (Training) → Remote (Post-training)
Requirements
Education
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate from the 2026 or 2027 batch.
- Minimum 85% marks in both 10th and 12th standard.
Technical Skills
- Strong programming fundamentals.
- Good problem-solving and logical thinking ability.
- Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Familiarity or interest in technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Python, Go, JavaScript, NodeJS or similar web technologies.
Soft Skills & Mindset
- Clear communication and willingness to ask questions.
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn from senior engineers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative product environment.
- Strong desire to build real products that solve real problems.
