OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Senior Graphic Designer to support our Instructional Designers on a project basis. The role involves creating visually engaging e-learning modules and actively contributing to storyboarding to ensure smooth alignment between instructional flow and design.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with Instructional Designers to translate learning objectives into compelling visuals.
- Contribute to storyboarding by suggesting layouts, design flow, and creative treatments.
- Design graphics, illustrations, infographics, and layouts aligned with brand guidelines.
- Ensure high-quality, consistent design optimized for desktop and mobile platforms.
- Deliver creative solutions within agreed project timelines.
- 4–7 years of experience in graphic design (preferably in e-learning).
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) and Figma.
- Proven experience in storyboarding and instructional design collaboration.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-learning or training-related work.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outputs.
- Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or other e-learning tools.
- Experience in motion graphics or animation.
